Electromagnetic radiation can have thermal effects because our bodies react differently to various wave frequencies. Research has shown that powerful electromagnetic radiation at frequencies similar to those of mobile phones can heat human tissue. The heating of tissue and organs occurs when the energy from radio frequency fields is converted to heat in the body. Brain tissue could thus be heated by mobile phone use. If the exposure is long term, the tissue might even undergo changes. For this reason, authorities have put regulations in place limiting the levels of radiation which may be emitted by mobile phones. These limits are determined using the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR).



Electromagnetic radiation influences the energy system of an organism. The cells in the human body have a positive charge. Scientific research has indicated that this charge is essential for maintaining effective bodily processes.

In contrast to the cells in the human body, electromagnetic radiation is negatively charged. When the body is exposed to this radiation, it tries to adapt. In other words, the cells that intercept the radiation try to adapt their polarity to that of the radiation (from positive to negative). This confuses those cells and they, in fact, lose the plot. As a result, these cells are unable to focus on their own functions and this has harmful consequences.


Our bodies do have mechanisms designed to help us adapt to external influences, but our compensation capacity is limited. Radical changes place our systems under pressure and may pose health risks.
